A day with Lia
Lia isn't a chatbot. She's the processor.
Lia handles intake, documents, conditions tracking, borrower communication, and Encompass staging. She works alongside the human LO and processor — never instead of them. Here's what a day looks like.
Morning pipeline review
7:45 AMYou sit down with coffee and the file list. Twelve loans in motion, each at a different stage. You used to spend the first hour figuring out which file needs you today.
Lia: Lia opens with the pipeline triaged: two conditional approvals waiting on a single doc each, one underwriter callback overdue by a day, one borrower stuck on docs for six days. She tells you exactly what to touch first — and why.
Pre-borrower-call brief
9:30 AMYou're about to take a call with the Hendersons — a referral from Pat Jones, conditional approval, waiting on an insurance binder. You used to skim Encompass for two minutes to remember where things stand.
Lia: Lia gives you a 60-second brief: where they are, what cleared this week, what's still open, and what tone they responded to last time you talked. She flags that Pat (the agent) hasn't had a status update in five days and offers to send one.
In-meeting voice support
9:32 AMThe call starts. The Hendersons are stressed — closing is in two weeks and the insurance binder is being slow. You're mid-conversation and need a number from their file.
Lia: Without breaking the flow, you ask Lia out loud: "What's their final DTI?" She answers in the room — voice, not screen — with the number and the source. The Hendersons hear it. So do you. No tab-flipping.
Post-meeting actions
10:05 AMCall ends. Three things came up: insurance binder needs a nudge, the Hendersons want a final cost estimate in writing, and they mentioned their daughter is house-hunting too.
Lia: Lia drafts the insurance follow-up, queues the cost-letter, opens a referral capture for the daughter, and stamps Pat's referral feed with "conditional cleared on insurance binder pending" — Pat sees the update on her dashboard before lunch.
End-of-day wrap
4:30 PMYou're thinking about closing the laptop. Tomorrow morning will start the same way: which file needs you first?
Lia: Lia gives you the wrap-up: today's closes, tomorrow's decisions, any condition that crossed an aging threshold, and which referring agents went quiet. You sleep on a clean queue, not an open one.
