Service vendor
You provide a service to our buyers and sellers
Photographers, inspectors, title companies, lenders, movers, stagers, contractors. You get warm bookings at the right moment in the transaction.
Here's how the money flows:the client pays for your service through our site at your published rate. We retain a marketing fee, book the appointment with you, and pay you on a clean schedule. You don't chase invoices, the client doesn't shop you on price, and the appointment is on your calendar by the time you hear about it.
Marketing fee: typically 10–20% of service fee, depending on category and volume — paid in exchange for placement, lead generation, lifecycle-aware surfacing, and the monthly performance report. For RESPA-regulated services (title, mortgage, escrow), the relationship is structured as either a Marketing Services Agreement at fair market value or an Affiliated Business Arrangement with full disclosure at closing.
Marketing partner
You're a local business that wants reach
Banks, hospitals, restaurants, sports venues, insurance, community institutions. Featured placements on our marketplace, relocation pages, and new-resident welcome content.
Fee structure: typically $500–$1,500/month flat placement, or sponsored campaigns by the season. No per-transaction fees.
What we expect from you
- ·Response time: warm referrals are answered within 4 business hours. Always.
- ·Quality bar: if a client gives you a 3-star review, we have a real conversation about it. Two of those and the partnership is paused.
- ·Honest pricing: the price you quote our referrals is the same price you quote anyone else. No markup, no surprises.
- ·Tell us when you can't deliver:if you're slammed, we'd rather route the lead to someone who can take it than have a client wait three days for a callback.
- ·Disclose what you're willing to: for RESPA categories (title, mortgage, escrow), we need clean documentation of the referral arrangement.
What you can expect from us
- ·Warm, qualified referrals:the client knows you're coming, has been told why we recommend you, and is ready to engage.
- ·Lifecycle-aware placement: we surface you at the moment in the transaction when our client actually needs your service — not on a generic vendor list.
- ·Brand association:appearing on a real brokerage's recommended list signals trust to consumers in a way self-promotion can't.
- ·Monthly performance report:every month we send you a one-pager — how many of our clients saw your service this month, how many booked, how many closed. If you're getting impressions but no bookings, you'll know it's a conversion problem we can solve together, not us failing to deliver.
- ·Review collateral (coming): after a service is rendered, we collect a review from the client and pass it back to you for use in your own marketing.
- ·Exclusivity where it matters: in tight categories (sign/lockbox, premium title), we work with one or two partners — not a free-for-all.
- ·Honest feedback:if clients are happy, we'll tell you. If they're not, we'll tell you that too — early, before it becomes a pattern.

How the application goes
- 1You send us a note (button below) with your category, service area, and a short pitch.
- 2We respond within 2 business days. If your category is open, we'll set up a 30-minute call.
- 3On the call, we walk through how the relationship works, what your typical referral flow would look like, and any disclosure requirements (mostly relevant for RESPA categories).
- 4If we're both in, we sign a simple partner agreement and you're live on the marketplace within a week.
